Mari Paz Yllera, also known as Pochola at the Spain Scrabble world, is the current president of the Scrabble Club Scrabbalear. She loves Scrabble, has a great personality and is also a great travel guide! (Hem, no, this is not what she does for living.) :)

Chilli beans

>- 1 kg minced meat (beef, pork or mixed)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 can of beer (33cl.)
- 1 can of baked beans
- 2 packets of chilli
- Jalapeño pepper
- 1 jar of natural tomato and 1 jar of fried tomato sauce

Cut finely the onion and pepper and mix with ground beef, put everything to a saucepan with a bit of olive oil.
When meat is browned, add the tomatoes, two packets of chilli, salt and beer. Cook for an hour and a half. Near the end of the cooking add jalapeños diced and drained beans.

It can be served with rice, potato, in burritos ...

Soooooo easy to do! Have a good meal!
